Monthly Subscription

Subscription Terms

​

This subscription grants you access to the entire video platform of our app, including over 100 stretching and self-massage videos, as well as new content added every month.

​

After the 7-day free trial period, an amount of $40 (taxes included) will automatically be charged to your credit card each month. To avoid any charges, you must cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends.

​

Subscription Cancellation

​

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, access your account, go to the Payment section, then to Change Subscription, and Cancel Subscription.

​

Refund Policy

​

Once the month has passed and the payment has been processed, we cannot offer refunds for the current month. If the amount has been charged before you cancel the subscription, no refund will be granted.

Responsibility

​

It is your responsibility to respect your physical limits and pace to avoid any injury. By enrolling, you certify that you are in good physical condition to participate in the courses and release the AMAI application and its instructors from any liability for injuries or health issues.

​

Additional Terms

​

Gift vouchers or discount codes also trigger an automatic renewal of the subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue.

Taxes

​

Taxes (GST and QST) are included in the sale price.

​

Ownership of Videos

​

The videos contained in the platform are the exclusive property of our application, and their reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior authorization.

Summary of AMAI Policies

1. Cancellations of Private Lessons (1:1)

​

• Reservation: When booking a private lesson, a credit card number is required.

• Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the session will incur a charge of 100% of the session fee on your credit card.

2. Group Class Reservations and Cancellations

​

• Reservation: You must book your spot in advance through our website, the AMAI app, or by phone.

• Cancellation: You must cancel your reservation at least 6 hours before the start of the class by contacting us by phone or online.

• For session blocks: Late cancellations will result in a charge for the uncanceled session.

• For unlimited subscriptions: A late cancellation fee of $15 + taxes will apply.

3. Unlimited Subscription Agreement

• Cancellation: You can cancel your unlimited subscription at any time by completing and submitting the cancellation form. To avoid the next payment, the form must be submitted at least 7 days before the next payment date. If this deadline is not met, the next payment will be processed, and then the contract will be canceled. You will be able to use the service for 30 days after the last payment.

• Refund: Payments already made will not be refunded after the cancellation request.

4. Temporary Suspension of Subscription

​

You can suspend your subscription for a period of 1 to 3 months. To do so, send a written notification to AMAIA@GMAIL.com specifying the start date of the payment suspension.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Protection Law)

​

• Before the start of the services: You may terminate the contract without costs or penalties by submitting the attached form or a written notification before the services begin.

• After the start of the services: You may terminate the contract within a period equivalent to 1/10 of the total contract duration. The merchant may only require payment of one-tenth of the total contract price.

• Refund: The merchant must return the owed money within 10 days after the contract termination.

6. Loyalty Discount

• Discount: A 10% discount is offered to customers who have maintained their unlimited subscription for the full duration of their 12-month contract. This discount is applied upon subscription renewal.

7. Student and Business Discount

​

• Discount: A 10% discount is offered to students under 25 years old and businesses on unlimited subscriptions and session bundles. Proof of eligibility is required to take advantage of this offer.

8. Important Information about Subscriptions

• Subscriptions cannot be extended, transferred, or shared.

• No refunds are given for subscriptions.

• Promotions, including Discovery Month, are not eligible for discounts.

• Prices do not include taxes.

9. AMAI Online Platform Policy

 

• Online Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription online at any time through the "Subscription" section of your customer account.
